Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will assist the site manager to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service. You will focus on sales by engaging potential customers and upselling products and unlimited car wash packages. Your duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining high-quality daily store operations.
• Leading with integrity and fostering respectful accountability.
• Exceeding sales goals and supporting store growth.
• Assisting with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
• Managing labor and staff scheduling effectively.
• Monitoring and managing P&L through control of chemicals, utilities, and other expenses.
• Ensuring quality assurance via regular Quality Control checks.
• Handling cash management procedures including reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitoring inventory and supplies, assisting with orders.
• Adhering to safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Addressing customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Learning wash processes and equipment to expand knowledge.
• Participating in educational and training opportunities.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need to Shine

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation skills.
• Basic IT and computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work hours including weekends.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to follow clear instructions.
• Availability to close at least two nights per week and open as needed.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train team members.
• Professional appearance according to guidelines.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Standing and moving throughout the site for entire shifts.
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
