ARC Voyagers in Columbus, OH seeks an Assistant Site Manager to lead adult day services, partner with the Site Manager, and support a team delivering person-centered services. You will foster independence, community engagement, and high-quality outcomes.
You will coach Direct Support Professionals, align services with ISPs, and help staff with scheduling, compliance, and daily operations to maintain safe, compassionate programs.
