Job summary

YMCA Boston is seeking an Assistant Site Director for Before & After School Programming.

Under the direction of the Site Director, the Assistant Director supports daily After School/Camp Operations, helps prepare programs before dismissal, and leads activities that allow children to learn and play at the same time, explore the community they live in, participate in sports and swimming and develop positive relationships.

Assistant Site Director (Before & After School Programming)

Position Type: Exempt

Reports to: Site Director

Under the direction of the Site Director, the Assistant Director works to support daily After School/Camp Operations. The Assistant Director will assist in program preparations prior to school dismissal, in leading daily activities that allows children to learn and play at the same time, explore the community they live in, participate in sports and swimming and develop positive relationships. The Assistant Director models the Y’s leadership core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
