Purple is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager in Irvine, CA to support the Showroom Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and coaching team members. You’ll lead by example, help with opening/closing, and assume additional supervisory duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Desire to grow in leadership, management and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & KPIs through strategic and operational decisions.
• Support talent development by coaching, modeling, and delivering selling behavior.
