Tonal seeks a Showroom Sales Supervisor to mentor our Showroom Sales Specialists at the Westchester Showroom. You will lead the sales floor, drive sales, and provide an exceptional client experience.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in sales, strong communication, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will oversee product demonstrations, client needs assessments, and showroom operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in retail, fitness, service or hospitality industries.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tonal demonstrations, calibrations, and workouts with clients.
• Identify client needs and educate on Tonal solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain organized sales floor and client data in Salesforce.
• Train Sales Specialists on product knowledge and showroom procedures.
• Handle opening and closing procedures.
• Unpack inventory as needed.
