Job summary

Caesars Entertainment seeks a Slot Shift Supervisor to oversee slot attendants and the daily operations of the designated shift, ensuring top-tier customer service and addressing issues as they arise to boost guest satisfaction.

You will assist in budgeting, scheduling, and strategic initiatives to improve revenue and profitability while maintaining regulatory compliance and professional conduct across the team.

Responsibilities

• Help develop strategies for customer service, revenue growth, and expense management to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and maintain confidentiality across department matters.

Your Focus

• Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise.

• Responsible for supervising Team Members and the overall daily management of a designated shift in Caesars Operations. Provides oversight for all Slot operations on their shift.

• Supports, administers and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.

• Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.

• May be responsible for assisting in the budget process for the department by providing recommendations; supports compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reporting budget concerns to manager.

• Assists with overall strategies for customer service, revenue growth, and expense management in order to maximize profitability.

• Assists with responsibility of the overall engagement of all team members on their shift by addressing and managing team member feedback, suggestions, complaints, and grievances.

• Assists with the overall integrity of daily Slot operations.

• Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.

• Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

DIRECTLY SUPERVISES:

• Slot attendants on assigned shift.

Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:

• Must be able to work independently.

• Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time (4 hours).

• Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling employee conflicts.

• Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property and from floor to floor either by stairways (minimum of 20 steps) or escalator.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.; and, have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop and kneel.

• Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.
