Pecheles Automotive is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Writer to join our busy, growing team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, committed to building customer relationships, have at least 1 year of experience in an automotive dealership setting, and excel at multi-tasking.

The Assistant Service Manager will be dedicated to providing all service customers with a remarkable experience, offering clear information to help them make confident decisions regarding their vehicle's maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities include product knowledge, inventory management, technician scheduling, and customer service. Our Service Team members are true professionals who enjoy helping others, from greeting vehicle owners to explaining repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience, including additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, via phone or in person.
• Ensure technicians' time is efficiently sold and distributed.
