Qualifications

• Must have automotive service writer/advisor experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with profitable operation of the Service Department and support the Service Manager.
• Explain vehicle maintenance and repair services to customers and create estimates.
• Ensure timely completion of repair orders and accurate timecard reporting.
• Coordinate with Parts for correct parts and pricing and maintain shop cleanliness.
