Qualifications
- Automotive service writer/advisor experience required.
- Prefer automotive assistant service manager experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Team player, organized, customer-focused.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to pass background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Assist with profitable operation of the Service Department and support the Service Manager.
- Explain vehicle maintenance and repair services to customers.
- Prepare estimates and ensure timely completion of repair orders.
- Ensure CSI goals and accurate timecard reporting.
- Coordinate with Parts and Service teams to satisfy customers.
