Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM is seeking an Auto Dealership Assistant Service Manager with Service Advisor/Writer experience. The role supports the Service Manager in a high-volume shop, focusing on customer satisfaction, accurate estimates, and efficient repair orders in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Required: Automotive Service Writer, Advisor experience.
• Prefer Automotive Assistant Service Manager experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the profitable operation of the Service Department and support the Service Manager.
• Generate revenue, communicate with customers, explain maintenance and repair services.
• Create estimates and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Help with timely estimation and completion of repair orders.
• Support Parts, Sales, and Rental departments as needed.
