Job summary

AOG Living in Euless, TX seeks a Maintenance Technician to oversee repairs, make‑ready work, and preventative maintenance for an apartment community. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry tasks, while ensuring safety and property standards.

High school diploma or equivalent is required; 2 years of multi‑family experience is preferred. HVAC/Freon Recovery certification and CAMT are a plus. Must provide own hand tools and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle plumbing repairs, HVAC equipment, appliance repair, carpentry repairs, electrical repair.
• Must supply own hand tools and read English instructions.
• OSHA knowledge and local ordinances understood.
• Two years of multi‑family experience or equivalent.
• Certifications as noted above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Repair/replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical components.
• Prepare vacant units for move‑in and make‑ready tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and units.
• Tour property daily and report hazards and security concerns.
