Friendship Nissan of Forest City is hiring an Assistant Service Manager to help lead our service team. You will greet customers, document issues, prepare estimates, monitor service progress and communicate charges to customers.

• Communicate completed services and charges to customers
• Verify invoices and repair orders
• Assist Service Manager as needed
