Titan Machinery is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support service management, uphold dealership standards, and oversee the service department. You will interact with customers, coordinate with other teams, and help drive safety, efficiency, and professional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc.)
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people
• Ability to work flexible hours as business and/or customer needs require
• Strong customer service skills
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide repair information, resolve complaints, and follow up to ensure satisfaction while upholding safety and environmental standards
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate service records, schedule safe equipment delivery and pickup, and manage the upkeep of service department supplies and tools
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations, and ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements
