Don Hattan Chevrolet is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that our service department delivers exceptional customer experiences while achieving high operational efficiency. The Assistant Service Manager will supervise Service Advisors, manage porters and lube technicians, assist with warranty administration, and handle escalated customer concerns.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in service advising or service management, excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of automotive repairs, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
