Our national multi-family management company seeks an experienced Assistant Service Manager with a "Whatever it Takes" attitude to oversee the physical property, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects for an apartment community. The ideal candidate must also handle groundskeeping and pool duties as needed.
This position, along with the Lead Maintenance Technician, is responsible for overseeing the physical property, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects for an apartment community. Community Manager and Lead Maintenance Technician
High school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of multi-family experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform the duties of this position.
HVAC/Freon Recovery certification or ability to become certified within 6 months. Training in household repairs, plumbing, and mold detection/resolution preferred. Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred. Must have relevant certifications/permits, such as pool operation permits.
