What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Make vehicle recommendations
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Coordinate with parts and vendors
• Update customers on service progress
• Assist the Service Advisor team
• Ensure positive customer experiences
• Complete all service documentation

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Positive attitude
• Experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, or Technician preferred
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Self-driven and team-oriented
