Job Title: Assistant Service Manager

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Assistant Service Manager to assist the Service Manager in managing the Front of House daily operations. If you have a passion for Legendary Food, Legendary Service, and Legendary People, apply today!

Responsibilities include:

1. Oversees service in the Front of House.
2. Enforces compliance with all employment policies in collaboration with management.
3. Approves all Front of House side work and provides thorough training.
4. Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House.
5. Manages through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, cooking, etc.
6. Ensures 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and helps develop sales strategies.
7. Leads by example to develop employees and assistants.
8. Cross-trains employees and oversees scheduling.
9. Develops promotions and conducts rallies to drive sales.
10. Ensures compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training and safe food handling procedures.
11. Maintains restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
12. Helps control guest flow and assists with liquor inventory and ordering.
13. Supports the Local Store Marketer in building sales.
14. Maintains the restaurant's culture and embodies core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose.
