Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Assistant Service Manager to assist the Service Manager in managing the Front of House daily operations. If you have a passion for Legendary Food, Legendary Service, and Legendary People, apply today!

Responsibilities
  • Oversees service in the Front of House
  • Enforces compliance with all employment policies in collaboration with management
  • Oversees and approves all Front of House side work
  • Provides and oversees thorough training
  • Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
  • Manages through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, cooking, etc.
  • Ensures 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and assist in developing sales strategies
  • Leads by example to develop employees and assistants
  • Helps cross-train employees
  • Oversees scheduling of designated departments as directed
  • Develops promotions and incentives to drive sales
  • Manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
  • Practices safe food handling procedures
  • Maintains cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
  • Helps control guest flow
  • Assists with liquor inventory and ordering
  • Supports building sales efforts with local store marketing
  • Maintains the restaurant's culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
