Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring an Assistant Service Manager for Ashton Glen, a 108-unit community in Centerville, OH. You will assist the Service Manager to guide the maintenance team through diagnosis, repairs, and making-ready to meet company standards.

The role requires hands-on maintenance leadership across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more, with a 24-hour on-call schedule and a path toward Service Manager. Benefits include rent discount, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Lead the team in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliance and exterior issues.
• Build daily make-ready and work order schedules with the Service Manager and Property Manager.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours and inspect finished work against Morgan standards.
• Help manage maintenance inventory and look for cost-effective ways to order supplies.
• Commit to a 24-hour on-call schedule, including snow and ice emergencies.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC and/or CPO certification preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license

Ashton Glen is a 108-unit apartment community in Centerville, OH, and we're looking for an Assistant Service Manager who is ready to lead by example. You'll assist the Service Manager to help keep our community well maintained, and up to company standards by guiding the team through diagnosis, repairs, and make-ready.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
• $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials
• 50% rent discount
• 401(k) and full benefits
