You will perform oil changes, supervise operations, train new members, and ensure policy adherence while building customer loyalty through outstanding service.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory support, safety compliance, opening/closing duties, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced automotive service center environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service.
• Strong English communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to use KPI data to monitor performance.
• Flexible schedule and stamina for a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
