RG&T Solutions in Anderson, Indiana is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to support the Service Center Manager in leading a high‑performance team delivering exceptional customer service at an automotive service center. Responsibilities include oil changes, vehicle maintenance, scheduling, inventory support, and ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout the center.
You will train new employees, monitor KPI data, and foster a culture of quick, trusted service to build customer
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service environments.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English required; ability to follow company policies and safety protocols.
