RG&T Solutions is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager in South Bend, Indiana to support the Service Center Manager in daily operations, team leadership, and customer service excellence.

You will lead a high-performance team, supervise oil changes and maintenance, manage inventory and labor, and mentor staff while ensuring a clean, safe service environment and outstanding customer interactions in a welcoming workplace.

Qualificações

• Minimum six months of supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Knowledge of safety, cash handling, and facility policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills.

Responsabilidades
