Job summary

LS Solutions in Indianapolis is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to support daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service in an automotive service environment.

You will lead team development, manage inventory and labor, oversee safety, and mentor teammates while delivering a high-quality guest experience and maintaining a clean, compliant service center. The role includes growth opportunities, competitive pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Six months supervisory experience (retail preferred).
• Knowledge of safety, facility, and cash handling policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Full mobility and ability to twist, stoop, and climb stairs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and comprehension in English; familiarity with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead team development to deliver a high-performance, customer-focused service experience.
• Assist in daily operations, including inventory, labor, and financial performance.
• Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes.
• Mentor and train team members to ensure safety, efficiency, and development.
• Provide a positive guest experience through friendly interactions and trust-building.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service center, ensuring compliance with safety policies.
