What you’ll do

As an Assistant Manager, you'll combine technical skills with management to lead, develop, and train your team in delivering exceptional customer service. • Provide a warm, friendly first impression to guests
• Build trust and encourage repeat business
• Assist the Service Center Manager in daily operations
• Manage inventory, labor, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety policies
• Mentor and train team members for their development
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service center
• Lead customer service excellence

How you’ll succeed
