You will lead scheduling, inventory, and audits while fostering a high-performance team driven by safety and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong English communication, and the ability to manage fast-paced service environments with KPI data

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service environments.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled environments.
• Strong communication skills in English, schedule flexibility, and attention to safety.
