Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Service Center/Thrift Store Supervisor in Cartersville, GA to assist the Service Center Director in daily operations, staff supervision, and handling donations with integrity. You will coordinate scheduling, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to community services.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience performing progressively responsible social service work with supervisory and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, directing, and supervising day-to-day operations of the Salvation Army Service Center and Thrift Store.
• Train staff and volunteers in proper procedures and conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain donor receipts, sort and stock merchandise, and manage pricing and rotation to maximize store sales.
