Job summary

Holman Enterprises is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor at Princeton BMW to support the Service Department with exceptional customer service and daily operations. You will act as a liaison between customers and technicians and assist with administrative tasks and repair orders.

The role requires 2+ years in administrative or customer service roles, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Schedule is Tue–Sat, 9A–6P, with Holman offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and ensure prompt, courteous service.

• Educate customers on recommended services and products using a consultative approach.
• Serve as liaison between technicians and customers, providing timely updates on vehicle status.
• Assist Service Advisors with administrative tasks, repair order management, and customer follow-up.
• Support service customers when their assigned advisor is unavailable.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Complete required dealership training programs.

Princeton BMW is looking for an Assistant Service Advisor to join their team and the Holman family!

The Assistant Service Advisor supports the Service Department by providing exceptional customer service, assisting Service Advisors with daily operations, and serving as a liaison between customers and technicians.

Job Duties:

• Welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
