Job summary

Bastion Hospitality LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Server to join our team. You will support the server, maintain clean dining areas, and help create a positive guest experience through prompt, attentive service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years restaurant experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights and holidays. Food Handler certification is preferred; English literacy is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be organized and communicate clearly.
• Food Handlers Safety Certificate preferred.
• Read, speak and interpret English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Server and maintain dining room cleanliness.
• Support guests’ dining experience and coordinate with service and kitchen.
• Follow team directions to ensure friendly, casual service.
