Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing levels and ensure all posts are covered.
• Manage supervisors and security personnel, monitor attendance and performance.
• Ensure training, licensing, certification, and compliance are met.
• Prepare schedules, timekeeping records, staffing reports and training docs.
• Coordinate with recruiting, HR, payroll, training, and operations teams.
