Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of security, law enforcement, military, or related management experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience with employee scheduling and workforce management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining appropriate staffing levels and ensuring all required security posts are covered.
• Assist in managing supervisors and security personnel assigned to the account, including monitoring attendance, performance, appearance, and professionalism.
• Assist with ensuring employees are properly trained, licensed, certified, equipped, and compliant with client and company requirements.
• Maintain and assist with schedules, timekeeping records, staffing reports, training documentation, and required audit packages.
• Assist with monitoring account performance and service-level compliance through routine site and post inspections.
• Assist with preparing operational reports and KPI information for the Account Manager and client business reviews.
• Identify performance concerns and communicate them to the Account Manager, assisting with corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Respond to employee and client communications and operational concerns, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Coordinate with Clarion Recruiting, HR, Payroll, Training, and Operations support to address staffing, employee, training, and account needs.
