Job summary

Clarion Security is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee security operations at a manufacturing facility in Kingston, GA. The Account Manager will serve as Clarion’s primary on-site representative and will be responsible for staffing, employee performance, training compliance, client communication, reporting, and overall contract performance.

The client requires the Account Manager to act as the supplier’s authorized on-site representative and liaison with client Security Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of security experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing a large security workforce or complex industrial/manufacturing account preferred.
• Strong scheduling, administrative, leadership skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and workforce-management/reporting systems.
• Familiarity with KPI-driven account management, monitoring performance and presenting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate staffing and ensure required security posts are covered.
• Manage supervisors and security personnel assigned to the account.
• Ensure employees are properly trained, licensed, certified, equipped, and professionally presented.
• Maintain schedules, timekeeping records, staffing reports, training documentation, and required audit packages.
• Monitor account performance and service-level compliance.
• Prepare and present operational and KPI results during client business reviews.
• Identify performance trends, develop corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Respond to client communications and operational concerns.
• Coordinate with Clarion recruiting, HR, payroll, training, and operations support.
