The Revenue Administration Division is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to serve as an Assistant Section Manager in the Returns Processing Section. This is a dynamic, fast‑paced, high‑volume position that requires someone with good attention to detail, and an ability to handle many high‑level tasks while managing deadlines. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is able to adapt to change, and able to motivate people to achieve a high level of accurate and efficient production.
This position is responsible for the direct supervision and daily operations of the Data Capture and Scanning Unit, Document Control Unit, and Error Correction Unit. The Assistant Section Manager is responsible for learning the duties of the Section Manager and effectively performing those duties in the absence of the Section Manager. This responsibility encompasses the processing of multiple tax types in a fast‑paced and constantly evolving work environment.
