Job summary

Primrose School of Surprise is seeking an Assistant Childcare Director to lead our team and support teachers and families in delivering a safe, nurturing learning environment that supports every child’s growth.

As Assistant School Director you will help ensure curriculum delivery, enrollment growth, and cost control while upholding our Balanced Learning approach, maintaining a warm, caring culture, and promoting work-life balance for staff.

• Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
• Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety
• Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
• Managing operation of the school in the Director’s absence
