Job summary

Primrose School of Paramus - Ridgewood, NJ 07450 is seeking an Assistant School Director who will dedicate themselves to the success of young learners, create a safe, healthy environment and foster a culture where children and staff can thrive.

You will mentor teachers, ensure strong enrollment and effective cost controls, and support the Director in daily operations while upholding the school's Balanced Learning program and warm, community-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Nurture a child's first five years by:

• Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
• Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety
• Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
• Managing operation of the school in the Director's absence
• Assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control

Salary Range

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year, based on level of education and relevant experience.

Shift Schedule

Monday through Friday. Shifts will be scheduled within the school's operating hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
