Primrose School of Florham Park is seeking an Assistant Director to support the school's leadership, ensure a safe, healthy environment and a culture where children and staff thrive. You’ll focus on enrollment, operations, and team mentorship within a caring community.

Shifted Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a salary range of $50,000–$55,000 per year based on education and experience. The role offers competitive pay, benefits and a nurturing, family-friendly workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be able to mentor teachers and lead a school team.
• Ability to build positive relationships with staff, families and children.

Responsibilities

• Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children.
• Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety.
• Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire.
• Managing operation of the school in the Director’s absence.
• Assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control.
