Primrose School of Florham Park is seeking an Assistant Childcare Director to support the Director, supervise staff, and foster a safe, healthy environment where children and teachers thrive.

You will mentor teachers, build strong relationships with families, manage school operations in the Director’s absence, and assist in maximizing enrollment and cost control while upholding Primrose's balanced learning approach.

Nurture a child’s first five years by:

• Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children

Salary Range:

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year, based on level of education and relevant experience.

Shift Schedule:

Monday through Friday. Shifts will be scheduled within the school's operating hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
