Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Cosmetology license for the applying state.
• Previous leadership experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and guest service skills are essential.
• Ability to handle inventory and cash handling basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations and manage the appointment book.
• Coach and mentor stylists using the IGROW model.
• Ensure compliance with state board and OSHA standards.
• Support local marketing efforts and client experience.
