Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager in Pennsylvania to act as the Right Hand to the Salon Leader, energizing the team and keeping guests happy. You will lead daily operations, mentor stylists, and support marketing efforts while ensuring compliance and quality service behind the chair.

The role requires a current Cosmetology license, a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), strong communication, and ongoing leadership development within a growing salon network.

Qualifications

• Must have current Cosmetology license for the state applying.
• Full-time leadership role (min 40 hours per week).
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform all salon services with precision.
• Leadership experience is a plus, but a great attitude, basic math for inventory/cash, and stellar communication are required.
• Bring personal equipment daily and be ready to rock.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor: manage the appointment book and ensure guests leave satisfied.
• Coach & mentor teammates using the IGROW model to hit goals and grow careers.
• Maintain clean, compliant salon standards with State Board and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist marketing efforts with local partnerships and digital campaigns to keep chairs filled.
