Job summary

The Lash Lounge is hiring a Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive membership and retail sales, and manage appointment bookings. You will greet guests, support events, and maintain a welcoming salon environment.

Ideal candidates are sales‑savvy, customer‑focused, and able to work evenings and weekends as needed. This role offers hourly pay with commissions and a minimum 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or membership/retail sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings.
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a passion for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Compensation

Hourly wage; commensurate with experience + commissions on sales. Earning Potential >$35,000 per year. Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
