SmartStyle Hair Salon within Walmart stores seeks a dynamic Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. The role focuses on delivering full hair services, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting the Salon Leader to meet salon goals.

You will drive sales growth, lead a team, and ensure high standards of customer service while working in a fast-paced, busy retail environment within the country’s largest marketplace.

Qualifications

• Valid and current cosmetology license (Required).
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and staff alike.
• A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends and techniques.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and consistently perform quality services.
• A team player with strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace while demonstrating good judgment and time management skills.
