SmartStyle Hair Salon in Walmart stores is seeking an Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You’ll partner with the Salon Leader to achieve salon goals while maintaining outstanding guest experiences.

You’ll deliver full hair services, guide the team, drive sales and commissions, manage schedules, keep expenses in check, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid and current cosmetology license (Required).
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and staff alike.
• A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends and techniques.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and consistently perform quality services.
• A team player with strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace while demonstrating good judgment and time management skills.
• Communicate effectively with salon team, peers, supervisors, Wal-Mart staff, vendors, and customers.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
