Job summary

SmartStyle Hair Salon is seeking an Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service in our Walmart-based salon. You will deliver a full range of hair services, drive client satisfaction, and help the Salon Leader achieve salon goals.

This role offers generous commission and bonus structures, with up to 60% commission on services and up to 25% on retail, plus ongoing training and leadership support from YSG to help you grow your business within a busy,

• Valid and current cosmetology license required.
