SmartStyle Salons inside Walmart stores seeks an Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a team, deliver full hair services, manage schedules, and contribute to salon goals while upholding the YSG vision. The role offers generous commissions, weekly bonuses, ongoing training, and strong leadership support.

Competenze

• Valid and current cosmetology license.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and staff.
• A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends and techniques.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and consistently perform quality services.
• A team player with strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace while demonstrating good judgment and time management skills.
• Communicate effectively with salon team, peers, supervisors, Wal-Mart staff, vendors, and customers.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
• The position may require working alone in the salon.
