SmartStyle Hair Salon inside Walmart in Virginia is seeking a dynamic Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will help the Salon Leader achieve salon goals and deliver a full range of hair services with outstanding client satisfaction.

As part of YSG, you will lead a busy team, market the salon, manage schedules and expenses, and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Excellent communication with clients and staff.
• Passion for beauty industry and staying updated on trends.
• Able to provide exceptional customer service.
• Team player with leadership qualities.
• Multitask at fast pace with good judgement.
• Effective communication with salon team, Wal‑Mart staff, vendors and customers.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• May require working alone in the salon.
