SmartStyle Hair Salon inside Walmart stores is seeking an Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service. You will deliver a full range of hair services, lead a team, and help the Salon Leader meet sales and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Valid and current cosmetology license is required.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends and techniques.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and consistently perform quality services.
• A team player with strong leadership qualities.
