Qualifications

• Experience in leading teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong focus on client service and client experience.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees and manage daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example to deliver client-centric service and hit sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports and assist with revenue and expense control.
• Ensure proper staffing and labor cost control.
• Provide coverage during nights and weekends as required.
