Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to lead a high-energy, client-centric team in a fast-paced salon environment. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, drive store performance, uphold service standards, and model urgency to meet objectives.

The role requires leadership skills, sales experience, and the ability to coach while maintaining operations, with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment with multiple situations.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership with coaching and mentoring ability.
• Team-building and delegation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to ensure client-centric service and sales performance.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching.
• Generate sales reports and assist with inventory control.
• Support Salon Director in driving revenue and controlling costs.
• Maintain appropriate staffing for productivity and service quality.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed for coverage.
