Sun Tan City - Chaffin/Bruner Group is seeking a motivated Assistant Salon Director to lead a high-energy team and deliver exceptional client service in a busy retail environment in Dickson, TN.

You will supervise tanning consultants, drive store performance, coach staff, manage scheduling, and help ensure a clean, professional salon. This role offers growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment and multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong leadership with coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Team-building and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for Team Members and provide coaching.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with Director functions.
• Assist in controlling revenue and expenses.
• Maintain staffing levels for productivity and service quality while managing labor costs.
• Work nights and weekends as needed for coverage.
• Expect five days per week and ~40 hours.
