Job summary

SWIRE PROPERTIES LIMITED seeks an Assistant Sales Manager, Residential to join our dynamic team in Tulsa. The role involves supporting sales activities for our residential portfolio, from feasibility studies to post-sale services, collaborating with marketing, projects, and estate teams.

The successful candidate will have a university degree in business, 4+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication and accountability skills. Surveying qualification is a plus.

Qualifications

• University graduate in business-related discipline.
• Surveying qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Officer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis
• Assist in preparation of legal documents including pre-sale consent documents, DMC and various conveyancing documents
• Assist and liaise with Marketing team in preparation of marketing materials including sales brochures and various marketing collaterals
• Prepare sales scripts and Q&As based on factual information obtained from Projects team, Authorized Person, and the consultant team
• Handle enquiries from interested clients and property agents
• Perform frontline and administrative duties at sales office / showflat
• Assist and liaise with the Estate Management Team to ensure smooth handover of units and delivery of post-sales services as needed

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the sales activities of the residential portfolio and will be involved in all sales-related activities of the Company's residential trading portfolio, from feasibility studies to post-sales services.
