Milan Laser Hair Removal is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Richmond (Short Pump), VA. You will lead client consultations, drive sales KPIs, and collaborate with leadership to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling, client communications, and processing transactions, with opportunities for career advancement. A high school diploma and 1+ year of work experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of any work experience required.
• Experience in a commission-driven sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Ability to work independently required, works well in a team.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed.
